*  The Terms & Conditions below and the agreement between Chauffeured Bentley Services and the
     customer are governed by English Law.
*    Chauffeured Bentley Services does not accept responsibility for delays caused by adverse weather
     conditions, accidents, traffic conditions, strike action, or Acts of God.
*    Chauffeured Bentley Services does not accept responsibility for any theft or damage to properties
     of the signatory of the contract or any other person traveling within the contract, except where
     such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of Chauffeured Bentley Services.
*    Disorderly Behavior - Chauffeured Bentley Services reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone
     deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. We may seek the assistance
     of the police to remove any offenders from our vehicle(s) and Chauffeured Bentley Services will not
     pay compensation or refund any payments in such circumstances.
*    Chauffeured Bentley Services operates a non-smoking policy within our vehicle(s).
*    Airport Transfers - Chauffeured Bentley Services will endeavor to make your transfer as smooth
     as possible with up to date information from the airport via the internet and SMS messaging services
     for arrival times. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or
     immigration issues. We allocate a reasonable time in our scheduling for these occurrences but
     reserve the right in extreme circumstances to sub-contract any work we are unable to fulfill.
*    Cancellations Policy - should you wish to cancel your booking the following charges will apply :--
